Shipping and Refunds
We want all of our customers to be happy with what they receive. We hand pack every bag and every package and never add product that we wouldn’t happily consume ourselves. We strive to portray our products accurately to prevent customer dissatisfaction. However, we do understand this will still happen on rare occasion. You can return unused and unopened product within 14 days of receipt.
To return all or part of an order, please first email lostoakfarms@gmail.com for a return authorization.
Once you receive your RMA and shipping instructions, ship your product using USPS. USPS allows shipping hemp to licensed and vetted hemp farms. We encourage you to use trackable methods and to insure your package.
Upon receipt of the unused, unopened item, we will issue a refund, less any shipping fees if your order included free shipping.
Once your order is carefully packaged, your tracking number will be emailed to you. All orders will be sent with a letter to law enforcement. This declares that inside this package is industrial hemp, and it references the laws that protect hemp in the US. The COA for each strain can easily be found on our site. Your order will ship in packaging designed to mitigate odor. We recognize that hemp is a legal product, but the odor can trigger unwarranted suspicion. We vacuum seal and triple bag all international orders, no exceptions.
**WE DO NOT REFUND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS FOR ANY REASON AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO SUCH REQUESTS**
We ship internationally - however, we cannot be held responsible for foreign customs seizing your imported order, or if your mail is lost in transit. Despite the legality of the ultra-low THC level in our hemp products, seizures sometimes do happen - and international mail does get lost. Your international order is at your own risk. We do have empathy to these situations, and upon our judgement that the package is almost certainly 'lost' or if notice of seizure is received, we may offer to replace the package at a discount. We package discreetly and have a strong track record of successfully delivered international mail, but we can make no guarantees for postal performance in foreign nations. We are not able to research customs and tariff requirements for foreign countries. All international orders should include exact documentation, customs and tariff instructions. We also cannot assume the burden of determining legality in countries outside the USA. By placing the order, you are confirming that our products meet the legal criteria in your country. Lost Oak Farms cannot be responsible for orders seized or re-routed due to customs, tariff, documentation or legality issues. We are not able to track packages beyond the United States.
